Description
Charming apartment overlooking the large and magnificent Main Square of Nice, Place Masséna, La Maison d'Alexandre is ideal for discovering Nice and all its surroundings, or simply relaxing to the sweet sound of the heart of the city. Passing your gaze through one of the two windows, you will discover the famous bulbous roofs of Nice, and a beautiful overview of Place Masséna.
Floor/Residence
La Maison d’Alexandre located on the 5th floor with elevator. It will be difficult for you to have a more exceptional geographical location.
The apartment is located on the most charming street in the old town, one of the main shopping streets of the old town, so close to tram from Hôtel de Ville station. It leads immediately via a few steps to the Splendide place Masséna. Below are quaint Old Nice shops, restaurants and a popular bakery. You will always find a laundry nearby.
While remaining perfectly calm and leaving the building, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of the old town, day and night. Located 50 meters from the Promenade des Anglais, you will reach on foot the famous Cours Saleya with its daily market and its incredible restaurant terraces, the flower market, without forgetting of course the immense 7 kilometer beach. A short walk will be necessary to climb to the Colline du Château, during which you will discover a breathtaking panorama. Going down there, discover the main squares, Place St François, Place Rossetti, Place Garibaldi and then the Cours Saleya.
The charming main living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa and its coffee tables with their light points. There is of course a TV with LCD screen with cable of different multi-language channels including Wi-Fi connection.
A glass table will welcome you with its shell chairs to enjoy your morning market.
Kitchen
The kitchen is admittedly quite small, but you will be able to cook easy and generous meals. It is equipped with a ceramic hob with two rings with an efficient extractor hood, a refrigerator with its freezer space, a small electric oven and a coffee maker. There is also a folding table to give you more work space.
With its pretty skylight window, the bedroom has a large double bed with its bedside table and reading lamp. Such a large dressing room will accommodate your shopping.
The room can easily contain a cot; we will be happy to rent one for you on your arrival so that you do not have to bother you during your trip.

The modern and new bathroom is small in size but well equipped. It has a shower with shower head as well as a washbasin, a piece of furniture and a WC. The bathroom is located in the entrance of the apartment.
