The beautiful rue Alphonse Karr is one of the main shopping streets with great shops, an endless choice of bars and restaurants. Two supermarkets are all close to your accommodation. A bakery, a wine cellar, a florist and a tram stop are nearby.

You can get to the station on foot in 5 minutes, while going in another direction it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, the Promenade or the old town.
When you enter this apartment you will be amazed by the light flooding the living room through the large patio doors leading to the terrace. The unbleached walls are decorated with colorful art posters.
There is a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a bookcase, numerous soft-light lamps, a television, and Wi-Fi.
Next to the living room you will find a table where 4 people can sit.

Food
Adjoining the living room and open, the kitchen benefits from the same light. It is a pleasant and well-equipped setting to enjoy the delicious Mediterranean ingredients that have returned from the Liberation market. There is a four-burner hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer section and a washing machine.

Bedrooms
Matching the elegant and classic style of the rest of the apartment and its neutral tones, the first bedroom offers great comfort on the large double bed.
On either side of the bed there are bedside tables with bedside lamps, a double wardrobe and a full-length mirror as well as a chest of drawers. An office will allow you to work in peace.
Next to this 1st bedroom, there is a second double bedroom with a double bed.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each is equipped with a large shower or bath, a storage cabinet, a sink and a mirror. The toilets are separate.
