1st floor of a very beautiful "Palace", so well maintained with a majestic reception hall with its charming little lift for 2 people (a stroller could fit inside). Otherwise, count 21 steps to climb to the apartment.
District
Rue Berlioz is a long street connecting the Promenade des Anglais and the Beach to Nice Central Station, in the heart of the musicians' quarter, five minutes from the station, ten minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade, and 20 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. You can access the tram to go to all four corners of the city, and directly without changing at the airport.

Stay
The large double, living room and dining room, open onto the balcony, itself offering a charming view of the garden. This room benefits from an original parquet floor, furniture steeped in history, combining a comfortable contemporary sofa with two armchairs, a modern coffee table, a TV, a large table with 6 chairs.

Food
The modern kitchen is located just off the living room. There is an oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

Bedrooms
The first large bedroom opens onto a small balcony through its two window protectors, ideal for discovering street life and relaxing with an open book. This beautiful bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, two bedside tables and reading lamps, a large custom-made dressing room. It is also very well air conditioned. A large desk will provide you with complete comfort to work from home if necessary.

The second smaller bedroom is not lacking in style. All dressed in white, its floor follows the same old parquet as that of the living room. There is a double bed, reading lights on each side, and a comfortable wardrobe.
