This apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in the Old Town, 50 meters from the Beach and the Promenade de Anglais. There is no elevator, but only 20 steps will have to be climbed to access this jewel.
Perfectly located, about 50 meters from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais, the apartment is also in the heart of the old town, (with its daily market, its many bars and high-end restaurants), tram lines, bus lines and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin, with its shops where your treasure is bound to be hidden. The train station is only a 15 minute walk away, giving you the opportunity to explore the wider French Riviera. Therefore, this apartment is perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything Nice and the French Riviera has to offer.
Located at the front of the apartment with a glimpse of the sea, the living room is framed by two large French windows, letting the south-facing light penetrate this high place.

It is equipped with a large double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a high dressing room and, the height of the equipment, a retractable television which will be able to hide so as not to damage the ideal setting of this room, obviously air-conditioned.
The second bedroom is located in an aquarium, overlooking the living room, and the immense luminosity of the place. Elegance is omnipresent, accentuated by its color tones, the wood of the beams marking the history, this space open to the living room and its comfort fittings. There is a large double bed, two bedside tables and reading lamps, a double wardrobe and air conditioning.

But what an amazing bath tile. It has a walk-in shower, and the height of luxury with a large "egg" bathtub. The toilets are of course separate.
