FLOOR / BUILDING
The apartment is located on the fourth floor. As in all buildings in the old town, there is no elevator. But it remains very accessible, with a few dozen steps to climb to reach your cocoon.
Balcon Duplex Malonat is in the old town heart, a stone's throw from the famous COURS SALEYA with its daily market and the famous Promenade des Anglais bordered by 6 kilometers of beach. You immediately are in the charm of the pastel facades of the buildings neighboring your apartment, and a complete immersion will operate by strolling nonchalantly in the alleys. The fabulous diversity of restaurants, bars and the most charming shops are all close to Balcon Duplex Malonat, without having the slightest nuisance. - Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
