You will need to access it by stairs to the 1st floor of a traditional building in a historic old town.

This air-conditioned and renovated apartment consists of a living room and its adjoining bedroom, both overlooking the calm, ideal for an intrusive stay in Nice life, a few steps from the Rossetti Cathedral and the square of the same name, the Cours Saleya and its market, and the Promenade des Anglais.

YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Cocon de Garibladi is in the heart of the Old Town district, the largest pedestrian zone in Nice, with the charm of shops, cafés and restaurants. The famous Promenade des Anglais is just five minutes' walk away, as is the very large main square of Nice, Place Masséna, the heart of Nice's life, and a key point for setting out to discover this magnificent city.

STAY
How not to fall under the charm of this delightful air-conditioned place. The corner sofa will welcome you to relax while discovering a good book, or observing the world on your tablet. A huge skylight provides all the desired brightness.

KITCHEN
The modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. It has four hobs, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wide range of kitchen utensils. But a multitude of restaurants close to your home will welcome you to enjoy a wide range of world cuisine.

BEDROOM
The delightfully decorated room, carefully arranged, is fitted with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. The room is lit by a double-glazed window with shutters.
You will sleep there calmly and coolly

BATHROOM
The bathroom is new and fully tiled. It has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a cabinet and a large mirror.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to take you to your apartment:

The tram - The best route: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both affordable and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best value: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Avenue Thiers to Avenue Jean Médecin (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only need to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• At the hour
• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
