You will be in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, galleries, as well as the tram which allows you to quickly reach the city centre and the station. Castel Beach is accessible on foot, as are the many points of interest in the Port district.

The lounge offers a welcoming and functional space, where the red terracotta tiles reinforce the traditional identity of the flat. The understated decoration, blending classical elements and Mediterranean atmosphere, invites relaxation after a day of discoveries.

The fully equipped American kitchen puts at your disposal everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils. A pleasant space to cook with family or friends.

ROOMS

The three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. They are furnished in a simple and traditional style, with comfortable amenities. Some have air conditioning for optimal comfort in summer.

BATHROOMS

The apartment has two bathrooms for added comfort. The first is equipped with a shower, ideal for quick returns from the beach, whilst the second offers a bathtub, perfect for a moment of relaxation. Each is arranged in a functional manner, in a simple and traditional style.
The bathroom includes a shower, a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine. Separate toilets complete the facilities.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice on arrival

I have chosen to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide choice of transport is available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram – The best value: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pine district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is a fixed official rate that must be applied + the baggage charge. Make sure you enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram – The best value: To get to line no. 1, exit on the left of the station and head down towards Avenue Thiers until Avenue Jean Médecin (it is indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket is inexpensive. Line 1 serves the city centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed rate. The driver must compulsorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Don't forget to have the complete address ready to give to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• By the hour
• By the day (24 hours)
• By the week
• By the month

It may prove more interesting to pay for a week rather than by the day for stays of more than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the tariff grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
