This charming 42-m² apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the historic Gambetta neighbourhood and offers all the comfort and convenience for an excellent stay. Ideal for up to three guests, the apartment consists of a large living area furnished with a double sofa/bed, screen TV/video monitor and DVD player. The space dining room is equipped with a big round table, to have all your meals. Soils are in parquet. The lounge is illuminated of a large double window, with the view on a garden. The corner kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking during your stay: microwave/grill, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, wash-machine, Nespresso Machine, toaster and cooking surfaces. Appartement très calme, les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure et non sur le boulevard, il est très bien situé, au centre de Nice, à 500m de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais, et à 15 minutes à pieds du vieux Nice. Un arrêt de tram juste àsee more

Un arrêt de tram juste à côté ainsi que des arrêts de bus. Des magasins et épiceries juste en bas de l'immeuble. Et climatisé !!!

La propreté était moyenne, on a retrouvé des cheveux un peu partout, et problème de fourmis dans l'appartement malgré qu'il soit au 3ème étage.
